Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services Provided
Paigency offers creative direction and design services, including but not limited to branding, logos, digital illustrations, and marketing materials. All services will be provided based on the specifications and requirements agreed upon between you and Paigency. Any changes to the scope of work after the agreement may incur additional charges.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Attempting to interfere with the website’s security or functionality.
- Uploading or transmitting harmful content, such as viruses or malicious code.
- Engaging in any conduct that might harm the reputation of Paigency or its users.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Paigency.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Paigency or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission from Paigency.
5. Client Ownership of Work
Upon full payment for services, the rights to the final design will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Paigency reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, unless otherwise stated in a prior agreement.
6. Payment Terms
All payments for graphic design services must be made according to the terms specified in the proposal or invoice. Paigency may require partial or full payment upfront before commencing work. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in project delays or suspension of services.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom design services, all payments made are non-refundable once the project has commenced. If a project is canceled by the client after the initial agreement, Paigency reserves the right to retain any payments already made as compensation for work completed up to that point.
8. Limitation of Liability
Paigency strives to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee that our designs will meet every client’s expectations. In no event will Paigency be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. The client is responsible for proofreading. Paigency accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project, including any changes or amendment requested after final approval. We do the very best we can to make each piece perfect, but it is the sole responsibility of the client to notify Paigency of any errors during the revision cycle and before the final files have been completed. No refunds or reprints without additional cost are given after a final approved design has gone to print due oversights by clients' proofreading.
9. Revisions and Modifications
We offer a specific number of revisions as outlined in your service agreement. Any revisions beyond this limit may incur additional charges. Paigency will work with you to ensure satisfaction with the final product, but excessive revisions outside of the original scope of work will be subject to new agreements.
10. Third-Party Links
Paigency.com may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
11. Termination
Paigency reserves the right to terminate your access to our website and services without notice if you violate these Terms of Use.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, USA. Any disputes arising out of these terms or your use of the services will be resolved in the courts of the state of Illinois, USA.
